(1) In general, the interest rate will be subject to the HIBOR rate determined by Hang Seng Bank at 11a.m. on loan drawdown date or renewal date.
(2) For mortgage loan amount exceeding 70% of the appraised property value, the customer must apply for the Hang Seng "Top-Up" Mortgage or the "Mortgage Insurance Programme" Loan. HIBOR Mortgage Plan is not applicable to the second mortgage of "Top Up" Mortgage.
(3) The privileges are subject to such requirements and terms and conditions as prescribed by Hang Seng Bank Limited. Please contact our staff for details.
(4) Only applicable to fire protection plan insured with Hang Seng General Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited.
(5) Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers and only applicable to properties accepted by Hang Seng General Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited and for Home Care Plan (Plan A) offered by Hang Seng General Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited.
