Successfully apply for the Card on or before 31 December 2009, you can receive a Hideo Wakamatsu Travel Bag(1) for free.
Three-year Annual Fee Waiver(2) for both Principal and Supplementary Card customers.

Terms and Conditions:
(1) Hideo Wakamatsu Travel bag is only applicable to the successful card applicants of Hang Seng Renminbi Credit Card. Redemption letter will be mailed to successful applicants within seven working days after the issue date of the card collection advice. Gifts are available while stocks last. In case the gift runs out of stock, Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") reserves the right to replace it with another gift.
(2) Applicant who does not own and has not owned any personal Credit Card Principal Card issued by Hang Seng in the past six months, and who is applying for his/her first Hang Seng Credit Card, will be entitled to a three-year Annual Fee Waiver; otherwise, one-year Annual Fee Waiver will be offered. Supplementary Card customers can enjoy the same Annual Fee Waiver as the Principal Card customer when applied at the same time.

Free of exchange rate conversion as all transactions and settlements will be calculated in Renminbi. Card payments can be made via transfer(2) from your Hang Seng Renminbi or Hong Kong Dollars deposit account.
"ISOS Hospitalisation on the Mainland & Emergency Assistance Service ("Service") - A financial guarantee for hospital admission and medical expenses up to a prescribed amount(3) will be automatically arranged for the Cardholder if the Cardholder shows his/her Hang Seng Renminbi Credit Card, together with his/her identification document, at a hospital designated by International SOS or call the alarm centre of International SOS at (852) 3122 8383 in the case of a hospital not designated by International SOS.

Terms and Conditions:
(1) Hang Seng Renminbi Credit Card is not applicable in Hong Kong, Macau and Overseas Countries (including both retail purchases and cash advances).
(2) Choose to set up autopay (applicable to Renminbi deposit account) or make transfers in person at Hang Seng Bank branches in Hong Kong
(3) The maximum amount of the financial guarantee arranged by International SOS for hospital admission deposit and medical expenses are HKD20,000 (in the case of a hospital designated by International SOS) or HKD10,000 (in the case of a hospital not designated by International SOS) per case. The admission deposit and medical expenses actually paid by International SOS for the Cardholder will be charged to his/her Hang Seng Renminbi Credit Card Account. For the avoidance of doubt, the Cardholder shall independently arrange with International SOS to pay for any costs and expenses arising from or related to hospital admission and medical treatment which exceed the guaranteed amount.

(1) Use of Cash Dollars is subject to the Terms and Conditions for the Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Programme. Cash Dollars earned from Renminbi Credit Card are not applicable for redemption at Cash Dollars designated merchants.
(2) The "Annual Fee Waiver Spending" required is: Platinum Card - 12,000 Renminbi (Full Fee Waiver) and 6,000 Renminbi (Half Fee Waiver), Gold Card - 10,000 Renminbi (Full Fee Waiver) and 5,000 Renminbi (Half Fee Waiver), Classic Card - 5,000 Renminbi (Full Fee Waiver) and 2,500 Renminbi (Half Fee Waiver).

In consideration of International SOS arranging the financial guarantee for the Cardholder, a case fee of US$60 or 9% of the admission deposit and medical expenses actually paid by International SOS for the Cardholder subject to the limit of HKD20,000 (in the case of a hospital designated by International SOS) or HKD10,000 (in the case of a hospital not designated by International SOS), whichever is higher, will also be charged to his/her Hang Seng Renminbi Credit Card Account per case.

Principal Liabilities and Obligations of Cardholder:
For each financial guarantee arranged for the Cardholder by International SOS for paying the admission deposit and medical expenses to the relevant hospital, the Cardholder will be liable for the amount actually paid by International SOS to that hospital on the Cardholder's behalf (subject to the maximum amount of HKD20,000 in the case of a hospital designated by International SOS or HKD10,000 in the case of a hospital not designated by International SOS) plus the case fee and all other fees and charges payable by the Cardholder to International SOS, notwithstanding that the Cardholder has not signed any sales or transaction voucher or given any order (whether in writing, by telephone, mail or other means) to International SOS to authorise the financial guarantee or payment.

The service provided by International SOS does not constitute an insurance policy or agreement, and is applicable to incidents caused by accidents or illnesses occurring in China (excluding Hong Kong SAR and Macau).

International SOS undertakes to exercise due care and diligence in the supply and provision of the Service. Subject to this and provided that International SOS shall be liable for any damage caused by its negligence or wilful default, International SOS assumes no responsibility for any advice given by any service provider referred to the Cardholder by International SOS and the Cardholder shall not have any recourse against International SOS in respect of the Service provided by that service provider. Nor shall International SOS be liable for (1) fraud committed by or misrepresentation made by the Cardholder; and (2) any information or data given by a Cardholder (collectively called the "Events") and the Cardholder will indemnify and save International SOS harmless from and against all claim, demands, action, causes of actions, damages, losses, costs, liabilities or expenses whatsoever incurred by International SOS as a result of claims arising from or connected with the Events. The Cardholder shall not have any recourse against International SOS for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by the Cardholder arising from the Service provided by International SOS.

The Service is provided by International SOS and the relevant service provider referred to the Cardholder by International SOS. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") assumes no responsibilities for the Service. Hang Seng does not warrant, represent, endorse or recommend to the Cardholder the competence or quality of the Service, International SOS or any service provider. No warranty, representation, endorsement or recommendation is given by Hang Seng or may be implied from any information contained herein about the Service. The Cardholder should obtain independent advice from professional advisers before deciding whether or not to use the Service.
