Online merchants will connect to Hang Seng for identity verification when your credit card number is entered during a transaction to minimise the risk of unauthorised use of your card. |

For extra protection, you can check your PAM before entering the Verified by Visa Password to ensure you are dealing with Hang Seng. |

You can enjoy this service upon confirmation from Hang Seng one working day after registration. If you would like to activate the Service immediately, you can call our Customer Service Hotline printed on the back of your Card for confirmation and immediate activation.
