Please note that Cash Dollars will not be awarded or, if already awarded, will be subject to cancellation with respect to any bill payment amount (or part thereof) which is subsequently refunded to the customer via any means. |

For online bill payment with credit card, the payment must be used to wholly or partially settle a genuine underlying debt due to the payee (the "Debt"). The customer is required to provide evidence thereof if so requested by Hang Seng. Hang Seng reserves the right to decline granting Cash Dollars, or to cancel the Cash Dollars granted, for any payment which Hang Seng suspects not to be used to settle the Debt. |

Online bill payment transactions to merchants under the Banking and Credit Card Services Category and payments to the Inland Revenue Department will not earn Cash Dollars. |
