7.9% p.a. Low Interest Rate for first 90 days ("Low Interest Offer") is not applicable to student, Supplementary Card, Renminbi Credit Card, Corporate Card, Commercial Card, e-Shopping MasterCard, Spending Card, USD Visa Gold Card and private label card. |

Low Interest Offer is only applicable to the withdrawal amount approved for the first 90 days after approval, calculated from the date of withdrawal from the Hang Seng Credit Card Account ("Credit Card Account") . The annualised percentage rate of 7.9% p.a. is 8.22%. After 90 days, financial charge calculated at the prevailing interest rate applicable to the Credit Card Account will be applied to the outstanding balance. Please refer to the cash advance annualised percentage rate printed on your monthly card statement. Upon approval of Low Interest Offer, finance charges calculated at the prevailing interest rate applicable to the Credit Card Account will be applied to your other balance in the credit card account e.g. outstanding balance, retail purchase, autopay, instalment and cash advance etc. The above annualised percentage rate is calculated based on the Code of Banking Practice. |

Low Interest Offer is not applicable to credit card account that is entitled to other low interest offer, balance transfer interest rebate offers or credit card account which has set up autopay full payment amount for credit card monthly statement balance. |

Your application will take four working days to process. If consideration of increasing credit limit is required, your application will take eight working days to process. You will be notified of the result by separate post. Hang Seng will once-and-for-all credit the approved amount to the designated Hong Kong Dollar current or savings account in your sole name and specified by you in the application form. The fund- receiving bank may charge a handling fee from the above designated account (except for accounts with Hang Seng). |

Your credit card repayment will be used first to settle the minimum payment on your credit card statement, and then the balance charged with a low interest rate followed by other balance charged at the prevailing interest rate of the Credit Card Account, such as retail purchase, autopay, instalment and cash advance etc. |

Approval is subject to individual account condition and available credit limit. The minimum loan amount is HKD3,000. |

Hang Seng has the sole discretion to decide the approved withdrawal amount which may be in a sum less than the amount applied. |
(8) |
Hang Seng is entitled to approve or reject any application without giving any reason therefor. |
(9) |
In case of your failure to repay the minimum payment amount by the payment due date stated on the relevant credit card statement, Hang Seng reserves the right to change or increase the above interest rate to the rate specified from time to time, or to suspend or terminate the above offer without prior notice. |
(10) |
Hang Seng will not accept the application if the Credit Card Account is in overdue status or the credit limit has been exceeded. |
(11) |
Hang Seng reserves the right not to grant any Cash Dollars to customers without giving any reason therefor. In case of any dispute, Hang Seng's decision will be final and conclusive. |

Hang Seng reserves the right to revise the above-mentioned interest rate, handling fee and Terms and Conditions of the above offer from time to time. The exact interest rate and handling fee charged to you is the current published rate determined by Hang Seng upon application received. |
(13) |
These Terms and Conditions shall form a part of the Cardmember Agreement ("Cardmember Agreement") and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Cardmember Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. |
(14) |
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. |

In case of any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
