Our three-year fast-track Management Trainee Programme is intense and challenging. It offers comprehensive classroom training, exposure to China and overseas business, job attachments, support in attaining professional qualifications and senior management mentorship in specialised disciplines. The Programme is structured on a steep-but-effective learning curve that ensures Management Trainees gain a broad-based understanding of the Bank's business operations through different functional attachments and involvement in project management, as well as external and internal networking opportunities.
